its not a glitch. The latest patch swithed Qin and Kublai's graphics, restoring them to how they were originaly planned to be.

Always read the readme for EVERYTHING. All patch updates were included in the readme. File path: "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Warlords\Readme.htm" Do not just copy the file path, please just browse the folders.
