Choosing leader in a list

Hello everyone.

I'm an experienced civilization gamer and i have recently re-installed my civ5 game.

The strange problem i'm having is that in setup game i can't choose the leader. It just won't go down on the list. I only have the first four leaders to choose and the list won't go down...

There should be a scroll button, if there isn't a scroll button, your game might be damaged, and you have to re-verify the game cache.
