I downloaded map from here called citadels which I really liked.

Then I decided to update it a bit on civ 5 sdk.
Here's what I did:
Added 4 extra islands with natural wonders and themed resources (Culture, Science, Gold, Production)
Some land in starting island so you could have 2 good cities
Adjusted strategic resources, so you'd have fight if you want more e.g. (fight for coal in center, iron on leaves of main island etc)
Adjusted luxury resources so that everyone has crabs, easy access to pearls, but then the rest of them are only found in specific locations or through city states.
Added rivers in center and on those 4 extra islands.
