How do I combat citizens who say it's to crowded. The City I build grows instantly and I just change 1 citizen into a entertainer, and than it works, but It also still not helping it keep steady growth which prevents me from building any great wonders. It's so fast.

Hit F1 and adjust the luxury slider. In the initial phase of the game you will want to mainly use this.

Also, connecting luxuries is very important.
