Hi, I'm doing a mod of the painted states and this is what I've done:
Civ: Gain +1 Gold for every 3 citizens who follow your religion. Gain +1 Culture and +1 Faith for every 3 citizens who follow your religion in foreign cities.
Building: Grants +4 Faith and +2 Culture. Gives one Relic slot and one slot for any type of Great Work.
Unit: It has 3 charges to build a Cardinal's Palace.
Improvement: Because of how the game works, I had to change it. You can only build on territory belonging to other civilizations or city-states with which you have an Open Border Agreement. It provides Culture, Faith, and Gold. As long as the city follows the religion of the person who built it, it increases that player's income. I don't know how much yet.
Leaders: Julius, Leo and Urbanus.
Julius: Recruit mercenaries for free and gain combat strength in alliances. There should also be a bonus for great works of art, but I don't know yet.
Leo: Gives the Barbarian conversion ability to Cardinals and should be able to get along with city states.
Urbanus:Share looting rewards and earn military units. I don't know how many or how yet.
