The growth may come due to some kind of rounding, or maybe there is an addition to the foodbox (+1) in any case? You will find that you do research, even if under conditions of rebellion....

I wonder if this is related to the 3 mystery Beakers you get when research is set to 0 that is talked about in another thread here...perhaps it is an error that also is affecting food?
