How high can you guys get your cities on chieftan?

My biggest city has 42. I think 3 42-cities are possible on the earth-map.
For a bigger City a Oasis is needed (or many of them).
for example a 46-city:

(C - City, G - Grasslands or River, O - Desert with Oasis)
