I have searched the forums and did not see this one.
My city is stuck at a population of 5. Even though I have enough food to grow farther, the city will not go beyond 5. The extra food seems to be just disapearing. I have even tried starving the city a little and trying to get past it, but it won't go.
I'm not sure how to reproduce the problem - it's happenning to me now.
I am Mongolian, the city in question is my capital. I have tried for several turns to get it to grow, it just ain't happenning.
I've played many, many games and never come across this one.
