I'm confused, because in civ3 you had one settler who would found one city and within this city you can build temples, banks..ect. But in civ4 you will found these intuitions like cities, and not make on city to fit all of these intuitions into.

The fact that each of those cities says they are building something suggests it gets built in the traditional way.

OMG! i was looking at the names of the building and reading them off as cities! thanks if sid is building them like he did in civ3!
