One city (Lalibela) is not connected to my trade network. Attached save.
Not sure why. It seems to have roads. Used a merchant to build a road a few turns ago. It has railroads and a station and a factory. But I can't add resources to the city. "Settlement is not connected to your trade network"
Ideas are welcome.
Developers - resources and trade and factories are all arcane. Or just broken. They need a little love/
