Civ 3 Complete has no editor...?

Ok, I have had this problem for about a year now since I bought and installed Civ 3 complete on my computer. The booklet said the editor would be in the conquest folder but nothing is there but the scenarios. for some reason my Civ 3 complete doesn't have editor or atleast it isn't working. I also tried looking in the Civ 3 contents folder, and nothing but scenarios as well. Can someone help me, because I dont think the game loaded right or it may be my computer, but the game as of now shows no connection to an editor. Thanks.

Assuming Complete has the same directory structure as Civ3+PTW+C3C purchased and installed separately:

...\Civilization III\Conquests\Civ3ConquestsEdit.exe

I tried removing and reinstalling the game plenty of times but the editor never shows, not even when I installed it into my laptop...

Yes, it's a folder.

The Editor executable doesn't show up if you load Civ itself. You have to find the directory on your hard drive where the game files are saved in. On a PC, use Windows Explorer, find your Program Files directory, then find the Civ3 folder. The Editor executable is inside using the path you quoted above. For a Mac, just do the same thing, browse the hard drive and find the Civ3 folder.

And Civ Complete also has the PTW and the Civ 3 Vanilla editors.
