Civ 3 Gamers Strategy Guide

Is anyone working on putting together a complete strategy guide or faq for this game? I am interested in helping or starting a project to take the info from some other documents, and these forums together, along with any new info, into a strategy guide document. If there is anyone doing so all ready, I would love to help. If there isn't anyone putting one together, would anyone be interested in helping? Let me know.

I dont really have the time to do it though, so progress is beyond agonizingly slow..
I'd be awfully happy for some help on this..
