Civ 4 1.61 on Vista RTM

Hello all, below is a cut from the problem report I got after loading CIv 4 on Vista RTM release. The Status is "Solution Available" - does anyone know what that solution might be? - Thanks

I just did a Fresh install of Civ4 an the 1.61 patch on Vista Ultimate edition RTM. I got the pop-up about compatibility issues as well. I canceled running the app and then I right clicked the icon and went into the compatability option and set the compability form WinXP SP/2 and I have had no problems.
