civ 4 "complete edition" help!

please help! i have vista 64 and the civ 4 "complete" edition. it freezes around turn 5. complete freeze...i have to manually shut my laptop down. i have attached my dxdiag. any clue as to how i can fix this and play this game? thank you.

I'd say update your video drivers and directx.

I think it's better if you have a desktop gaming PC.
