Civ 4 for the x-box 360?

Well wasn't Civ 2 on the PSX?

Maybe Civ 4's streamlined interface is a nice chance to give console players Sid Meier's masterpiece. (for those that haven't played it before anyway!) ;)

Hmm, maybe that would explain all the dumbing down.

Why? That is more more powerful computer than most people own. I saw the Shattered Union is coming out for it and that is a hex-based wargame.

I saw that too, is it going to be Xbox or Xbox-360, either way its nice to see a TBS on a console could bring in new fans to the genrea! I think Shattered Union has potential, cant wait for the review!

anyone know if it will be on PS3?

It would be nice to see stuff like this take off on consoles. IMHO there is no VALID reason something like civ 4 wouldn't be fun on an Xbox. Granted, I would PREFER to play it on a PC, but it would be very nice to have it on Xbox as well. Console EXCLUSIVE Civ would be pretty lame, but a port would be great any way you slice it.

I'm talking about how most games that get made with a console port in mind tend to be "dumbed down" because developers see console gamers as younger and less mature, who would rather play GTA or Halo than Civilization or Morrowind(yes, it sold decently on the Xbox, but mainly to those waiting for Fable who thought it'd be like their piece of crap game and bashed it because it wasn't "actiony" enough for them) and this is why Deus Ex Invisible War was a crappy game, and why Oblivion has been being dumbed down, since it's being made with the Xbox crowd in mind.
