Civ 6 bugs

HI just a couple of bugs I think I found:

1 Civic tree advisor recommends the civic I have just completed, should the advisor be recommending the ones I have not completed.

2 production in city is showing what I have competed before not what I have just completed.

3. The ! that's only suppose to be on Barbarian scouts that discover your city, still show up on City State, Other Civ's and your own units.
4. Advisor recommends Builder improvement on hex just started to build a district or wonder.
