How the heck do you open Civ Editor??? I can't find ut anywhere?? I want to create my own maps and stuff? How?? Thanx

You can start by hitting the tutorial sections here or spend some time reading the various threads. There are mods and good teachers everywhere.

No I mean, the editor itself, there no such thing.

Now there is WorldBuilder, but that's from within the game itself. Hit Esc when you start a game and you'll get access to it. There's a F-key as well, but I don't recall which.
