CIV IV Error message

Hi everybody, I'm getting this error when I'm going to run the game:

Let me translate: The Sid Meier's Civilization 4 finded a problem and must be closed. Only that apear... I tryed to reinstall Catalyst, also tryed to reinstall DirectX 9.c But didn't work these ones...

My Grafic Card / VGA is ATI Radeon 9200 SE, and it's up to date, ATI Catalyst 5.10

If Somebody know the solution please help me, thanks!

Look at the FIx-It list for many suggestions.

I would start with the sound card drivers.

What does the link show?
