Hey everybody, maybe this is in the wrong place again but...
I have a little problem finding files and inner infos fom civ 4... in civ 3 everything was easy unlike here you first must try to find files and only some freaking images, videos and sounds? What about units where in the heck are they installed and the most of terrain?
Anyway I have one big small problem the final one that can FINALLY forfill my wish of making the perfect map or scenario! I just NEED to know exacly how and where to make my new terrain and that they all should be the same way as Oasis function that Settler won't be able to build any village/town and whatever, and so my best guess would be that it must be written somwhere in the text files where you can edit all of that, and if so then where
