I finally found a place to download Civ Net. If anyone has it, let me know, and we can play.

Whatever buddy, if it was at any of the stores around here to purchase, I surely would have. But since I can't buy it anywhere in town, then what choice do I have? If they really cared about it, they would have it available in the classic games bin, with all the others I bought like Sim City and Sim theme park, etc. I could buy those games downtown and so I did. But since I can't get Civ-Net in town i'll get it where I can. You tell me a place in Canada to buy it mail order, or a place in my city to buy it and i'll pick it up tommorow.

Its ridiculous that they insist on maintaining their copyright and yet dont distribute it anymore. Guess they figure it will eat into sales of their newer games?
(Which given that civI is much better than the newer gamers is not entirely implausible...)

The Civilization Fanatics site does not support illegal downloads. Posts encouraging them or excusing them are deprecated. It's just short of getting yourself banned, but I'm still closing the thread.
