I think there are a couple of improvements that they could make in Civilization IV. First I think the Stealth Aircraft should be able to drop mini-nukes and the stealth bomber should be able to carry something along the lines of a long range cruise missile. And the stealth aircraft should be able to bomb anywhere on the map from a single location on the map. Second, I think the naval units should be able to carry cruise missiles and also the AEGIS Cruiser should be and deliever strategic cruise missile hit. Also with the AEGIS Cruiser should also be able to carry nuclear missiles. The submarines should be able to carry cruise missiles. Third, they could acually make terriosts attacks on any nation using different weapons. Then also have some nations be a terriosts nation. These are just a few of the things I think they could improve on.

More sea based missiles would be good. As you said, maybe AEGIS cruisers and subs should be able to carry cruise missiles.

Mini Nukes: I think regular bombs work just fine.
Air based missiles: With the current system, they wouldn't work right. If we had CIV II style air units, it would work fine.

What do you think on the idea of that the stealth aircraft should be able to bomb anything from where they are based at.
