Civ request - Minnesota

Well I just bought the game today, and seeing all the mods of people's homestates made me think how cool it'd be to play as Minnesota. The leaders could be Alex Ramsey, Hubery Humpherey or Rudy Perpich. Anyone up for making this?


I'd do it myself but I don't know any XML or Python or whatever it takes to make a civ, if someone wants photos for the leaders, ive got a big Rudy Perpich photo i cant let someone use.

You don't need python and xml is very easy. However adding a new civ isn't all that easy (need to modify several files, problably you'll want graphics too). Fortunently for you there's a tutorial on how to do this. Ofcourse if you really don't want to do it yourself you can always hope someone else makes the civ for you but I doubt it will happend unless they too want it
