Civ V is not loading my atlas textures, please help

I have tried modding before, but it never really worked out. But now I have made a mod that works pretty well, except for 1 thing. The game won't load my icon atlas. It keeps giving me an error that says "Unable to load texture [Civatlas (whatever number atlas it is)] I have no idea why this is happening. If you need me to post any code I will. Please help.

Usually that means either
- The file hasn't been imported into VFS, or
- you typed the file name in incorrectly where it's referenced in the <IconTextureAtlases> texture

do I need to put the .dds at the end of the file name in <IconTextureAtlases>, if not, then it is something else.

Yes, you need the ".dds" for <Filename> in table <IconTextureAtlases>
