Great Art is an area often ignored or misunderstood but there is value in understanding how they work for both a key inspiration and for getting themed Art museums relatively early. Hermitage's cost is now 1450 production.

Those 2 non-theming sculptures suck. Devs certainly don't have OCD.

Now I want Kongo to obtain a free sculpture upon unlocking Medieval Faires or something. Making Kongo the only civ that can theme all sculptures.

I think Great Work of Art now provide 3 tourism instead of 2.
