civ1 error

my game: POP 2280000, SCORE 1766 (emperor), ZIVPOINTS 176%, 660bc -> now 300ad
my problem: everytime when I want to change a building commission, in each city, the game falls down. are there to much unitys???

Strange. But I think if there were too many units, you'd get a message on the screen telling you that.

Is there an error message or anything, or does it just happen without warning?

everytime when you click on CHANGE, 3 windows open. in my case it opens just 1 small on the left side and I can just go out from the game.
I'm angry of this, cause I reached this result without cheating and I just wanna finish this game.
maybe anybody knows how I can reach the MPS-Labs??

no, there is no warning..

I think the problem sounds like the Advisory Bug....try turning off instant advice in the options.

Yep, that must be it. Forgot about that error...

This often happens late in the game, when there is not much more to build in cities. The advisor can't give any advice, so he just messes up the game. Awfully nice of him, huh?
