Civ3 against the world

So, we all luc civ, but what other strats, RTS or TBS got yr attention, and how could they be intergrated into Civ. Compile yr top 3 games and post them.

My top 3 strats(Note: I havent played any civ yet, so what am I doin here, well, I pre empted myself, I'll have it soon, but I wont include it yet):

1: Shogun
2: Age of Empires 2
3:Total Annihiliation

But here's mine :

1. CIV : yep, CIV, not CIV2 or CIV3.
2. Railroad tycoon : there's something about trains
3. Master of Orion II : the thrill of getting the Orion goodies !

Are we speaking about favorites of ALL TIME?

Anyway, as I write my three favorites are:

1. Stronghold
2. Conquest Frontier Wars. (Another editorless game)
3. Kohen

Civ isn't on here yet because I just got it Tuesday. But I believe it will tie with STronghold then gradually supercede.

It ain't a showcase for other games or dubious comparisons!
I am glad you want to get into CIV, I suggest giving it a try,
And see why we are all fanatical about it!
