Hello,

I just started working on putting all info about governments in a excel table for better comparison.

I have some problems:

e.g. is what I have written correct at all?

does every square that produces commerce in republic get +1 extra , or only roaded ones?

Does Republic get also an added commerce for railroads or only the normal +1?

How much more production gets democracy +1 for every square with at least 1 production or...??

I would also like to give better advice how strong corruption is, nuisance and problematic are words, but I will probably try to add some numbers from alexman's results on corruption.

Anyway, here is the first html version of the excel table:

There's one thing you forgot to mention: under the notes for Communism, add that spies are veteran (meaning you have more sucessful espinogue missions.)

democracy doesn't give a production bonus, just commerece

The trade bonus doesn't really depends on the presence of a road-it depends on base commerce production: The bonus applies if the base commerce production of the tile is at least one.
Often this is achieved (only) with presence of a road, but sea quares, tiles near rivers and those which contain commerce giving ressources will get the bonus without roads.

There is no additional commerce bonus for railroads (they give a food or production bonus, if the tile is irrigated or mined, but this isn't connected in any way to governments) or any production bonus in any government.

Not only in communism, also in fascism. It doesn't say so in the description but in the espionage screen they are veterans under fascism

Here is the last version,

MS Excel format (zipped)

Note that the first page has a table of different traits,
the second page has the info about various governments.
