Hi all!
I downloaded the civ 3 multi-tool and what can i say, Its amazing! I have organized the mess of units i had and im about to start making my civilopedia.
The reason for this post is because i was wondering if there was a tool that would help me organize my unit_32.pcx the way the multi-tool app helps me organize my units in the conquest edit-unit tab.
The problem im encountering is that by switching a single icon on the unit_32.pcx i will then have to change every single icon that comes after that one to make it all evenly match with my unit list on the edit-unit tab of the conquest editor. This seems like its not a problem at first, until accidentally God forbid you misplaced an icon on the wrong unit. Since they are all scattered on my 32.pcx I have no way of finding it. When you zoom in the image tends to distort and you can only see pixels, so its almost impossible to find it.
Can anyone help me solve this issue, or am i stuck really just doing it the long tedious way copying and pasting 1 by 1 for hours to come?
Edit:Oops i wrote (tech tree issue) by accident :/ I meant unit_32.pcx issue. I was gonna write something related to tech, but decided to try something else, and ended up writting about units lol.
