Civ3PTW Problem

First of all sorry my english, it is not very good i'm from Mexico.

I have this problem when i try to run civ3:

CIVILIZATION3X provocó un error de página no válida en el
módulo KERNEL32.DLL de 0167:bff70737.

The msg error is in spanish however is the same text even in english.

If someone could help me please!

My PC:
Win98SE
512 Mb RAM
HD 40 Gb
Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz.

I change winxp to win98 in order to play on line because with winxp i cant play because of the firewall even when i had all disabled.
