"Civ4 - Gold" (Mac) on a Macbook 5,1... any problems?

The game is still $/€49 so I have to ask if anyone has installed it on a Macbook 5,x running Leopard? Are there any problems? It works right? Asking this as the game is old and I don´t wanna take a chance with that kind of price.

So, anyone running it on a Macbook 5,x with Leopard? Or maybe know someone who does?
