Does anyone know if there's proper documention for civ4unitinfos.xml? civ4wiki.com doesn't seem to exist, and civ4.wikia.com doesn't have info on it.

Got similar Problem, the Wiki.com page does not seem to exist or is down or moved. Does anyone know where to find this Wiki???

Hmmm, I found the tags pretty self explanatory. Any tag in particular you have a question about?

The wiki is gone, unfortunately. There were efforts to restore it, and there do exist old translated mirrors in russian http://modiki.civfanatics.ru/index.php/XML_в_Civilization_4 and german http://www.civwiki.de/XML-Dateien and of course a image in the Internet Archives http://web.archive.org/web/20070824210527/www.civ4wiki.com/wiki/index.php/Category:Civ4_XML (quite slow...)

By now most actual tutorials here are burried under those questions. Leading to even more questions.

I suspect that most people posting questions in here don't even bother to look to see if their question has been answered. Otherwise they should have seen the notice that questions belong in the main creation forum.

Right, if they had taken five seconds to look for the answer in here then they would have at least read the sticked things. I mean its one thing to be new and post in the wrong place, but every day practically there is someone posting questions in this and other non question places.

Maybe we could get a moderator to move all these question threads OUT of the tutorial section. Anyone.. some help.. woodelf... please....?
