1. I would like to know if there will be a CivEdit for 1.29b2.

2. I get crashes with CivEdit when i try to edit something. This was before i upgraded to 1.29b2. It says something like this: "Could not load Sprite Page.cpp." and some weird stuff. I Would like it to work.

And i have some news for you all I emailed Mac Soft saying this:I understand that you've decided not to continue doing the civilization series for Macintosh. I am really really really upset about this ridiculous proposal!!!!!! There are a bunch of Mac Civilization fans that want it to continue. Otherwise it will go to Aspyr who will do better than you guys. I'm disappointed with you! You are letting down a bunch of Mac Civ 3 fans including me! I hope you know what is best.

Welcome JackA! :)

1. Its not likely we'll see an editor for 1.29b2 unless someone at Westlake Interactive wishes to do it for warm fuzzies.

2. Make sure CivEdit is in the Civ3 folder, not inside the CivEdit folder in the Civ3 folder. Like this: Civ3 folder -> CivEdit, not Civ3 folder -> Civedit folder -> Civedit.

And, I appreciate the spirit you exhibited in your email to MacSoft. But, it ain't happening. Enjoy Civ3 on your mac. FYI --- I've got the Civ3 expansions on my Toshiba laptop and I still play the original Civ3 on my mac more often, by far. In all honesty, I've reached a point where I don't really see that much of a difference. The GOTM mod here at CFC is plenty for any mac Civ3 player and it doesn't cost a dime, just appreciation to those who made it possible.

Ok thanks.Thats about all i can do to help you guys. But i might be able to ask aspyr about it thanks anyway.

Ok guess what? Macsoft replied with this message:Hi Jack,

I'll tell them.

Thanks,
