civfanatics.com doesn't load

While the forum seems to work well atm , the CFC homepage doesn't (at least for me).
The top of the page will be displayed, but the rest (posts etc) doesn't load. Maybe it's just a browser problem (probably caused by some ad then), but I guess other posters do also have this problem (?).

...waiting for all the "smart one here - I go directly to the forum pages" replies...

Dunno wants wrong on your end, Grille. Everything works fine here.

Maybe your connection was lost mid-way though loading. If that isn't it, a hunch tells me it your cookies and cache. Clear those out.

Obviously, my browser went mad for a while.
Although I didn't spot the exact cause of the problem, it has gone now.
