but just because a scenario exists does not mean its Avatar should be included.

We talked about this on the thread in the feedback.
First, the units aren't scenario units, as they don't come from a .scn file.
Second, the units aren't mystical, they are either alien or genetically engineered.
Third, When Civ3 comes out and TF puts the units on as avatars, since you play past present day, will you complain about the future units then? If not, I can't see what's wrong with alien units!
