CIVII Multiplayer?

Does the vanilla Civ2 have multiplayer? If so, maybe I can start a few skirmishes (and lose 'em too) with you guys.

I just got it working, so gimme a call if you wanna play against a noob (NOT a newbie).

No, you'd need to convert it to MGE for that. You can do that with the files on this page. Be warned: in MGE the AI is very hostile to the human player.
