More imports = less wealth for you, more for your neighbor. This makes your country poorer. The opposite is true for exports. Wealth for nations is the difference between imports and exports, just like wealth for people is the difference between earning money and spending it.

I'm just wondering - has anyone successfully made a "civil war" mod for Civ 3 (any expansion)?

Please let me know - itching to play with some civil war possibilities.
