I looked at the tutorial for designing new civilizations and it says once you get the leaderhead file into a dds then put in in the folder: YourCiv\Assets\Art\Interface\TeamColor\

I looked in the Interface and there is not TeamColor folder. How exactly am I supposed to put my picture in a folder that doesn't exsist. Can somebody enlighten me on what exactly to do?

Well, if it's not there, you can can always make a new folder and name it TeamColor, but after looking in my folder for my new civs, I have the leaderheads in a Leaderhead folder... Can you link me to the tutorial you're using?

They should be in the Leaderhead folder.

Ok, thought so. But even so, you still will need a TeamColor file, do you know yet why you are missing it?

That's probally the problem. How do you unpack the art files. I have the unpacking program but I don't know what to do with it and I can't find the post that tells you what to do.

Go to that link. Get the file and unpak all the asset files in the civ4\assets folder
with it. 4 files in total with the naming assets_.fpk
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=136023

and have a look at the nice model rabbit made for WHFB right now

edit: oops just noticed you have the unpak utility so forget the link

Where shall I extract these files to? Just into the assests folder I'm guessing.

NOOOOOOOOO! NEVER ANYTHING INTO THAT ONE!!!!!!!!!

Just put it in any self created folder and put that into your mod directory you can change everything you like then. To see your changes in the game just load the mod maybe name it my mod or something. That's better than this customfoldercrap, me thinks. Just remember: in your mod folder you'll have to keep the filestructure like in the main assets. So put it like this: civ\mods\myMod\assets...
