Took me a second to find Civilization III in the CivFanatics store:

Also: When I ordered the Civ IV complete DVD from Amazon, not only did the DVD not have DRM, it had all of Civ4 (Vanilla, Warlords, BtS, Colonization) and also came with Civ III complete.
