Hi there,

I was just wondering, maybe there is a store in/around Warsaw that has this game? Since it came out in Germany and it wasn't meant to be out until the 4'th of November I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask

Cenaga.pl has 25th November as release date here (for 130 PLN). I would not be very surprised if MediaMarkt/Saturn shipped it sooner here - taking it from Germany publisher (as Cenega will have English version). If it is allowed of course.

Hope to get my pre-order before 25th

It'll be available in Croatia as soon as its released in Britain/Ireland. And we're not EU.

Anyway, unless youre in Debrecen, why not hop over to Graz or Vienna and get a copy once a sighting is confirmed there? This is one of the times when Sopron is the coolest place to live in Hungary.

No reason for such gloom. If you look at the international web-order thread you can see there are two Polish web shops listed already with an earlier release date. Also check out the European section where there are other shops that sell in Europe and beyond.

Unfortunately, if you look more closely you'll see that both of these sites rely on Cenega for supply, which is why I doubt they will really have it before. This is why I suggested shop.games.net.

Poland will be backwarded due to translation lag. For several years the games are released mostly ONLY in Polish ! If the game was to be released in English the waiting time would be much shorter. Try nagging the distributors in Poland. They actually might listen to thousands of people. A curiosity: When my brother signalled them that there was no English version of PTW available to buy they actually sent him a FREE copy in English! Guess they won't do I again. I tried.

Well, I'm not Polish, but I do live here. I've played all earlier CIV games as well as Alpha Centauri, Railroad Tycoon etc.

I'd love to get C4, but it's a moot point as my old comp can't run it anyway. Now, instead of discussing where to get the game early, you should advise me on where to get a comp that can run it (and Rome Total War) for the lowest price possible
