[CivUP 2.0.51/GEM 1.9.1] Resistance after city capture.

I love this set of mods. I've been playing it since it was still called Thal's Combined Balance.

I've played a few games, but stopped because each time I captured an enemy city it would not go into resistance. More specifically, they go into 1 turn of resistance, which ends the next turn.

I first noticed this bug while playing as Japan and conquering a city-state then my neighbor's cities.

I got the same result when playing as Russia.

I cleared my cache and ModUserData each time, and my CiV files are up to date.

Thank you for bringing this up. I'll see what I can do.

Update: this should be fixed in Gem v1.10.1. When I added the "less resistance" effect to the Fascism policy, I accidentally set the default resistance time multiplier to 0 instead of 1. :lol:
