[CivUP] Golden age doesn't provide culture bonus

As the title says, Golden ages don't provide any culture bonus like it says it should.

I tried playing without your mod, and the 20% culture bonus shows up on the top bar as "Culture from golden age". With your mod (CivUP) it only shows culture from cities and culture from city states, and there is no bonus to be found on the city screen either.

Does your culture rate go up? (It could just be rolling it in with culture from cities/CS)

Edit: nevermind, sounds like it isn't if there's no effect in the city listed.
