). Right now, there are furs, and some iron to the NW, and gems to the west. There's also horses to the SE, as well as wheat, and more iron. Below is a map of our resources. Bonus grasslands are denoted by an 'S'. bonus resources in yellow, strategic in red, and luxs in green. Most are to the east, and some to our south. We should claim the ones to the south immediately, then build settlers east.
Now for the Trade point of view. We need to look at where the luxs are, especially for trading. There's 2 furs to the NW, in the tundra, and to the south, towards the Aztecs. The Aztecs also have incense. Dyes are to the east, near America, and gems are on Gem Mountain, which seems to be a very productive area in the long run.
