This mod turns Hoses and Iron from Empire Resources into Bonus Resources in the Antiquity Age. They keep their Empire effects regardless of whether or where they are assigned, so all units still get their combat benefits.

-When Horses are assigned to a city or town, it gets +2 production. This becomes +3 production after you research mastery of The Wheel.
-When Iron is assigned to a city or town, it gets +2 science. It loses the science benefit and gains +4 production after you research Iron Working.

They idea is that horses let people move heavy things around much more easily which increases productivity, and iron inspires innovation until you learn iron working and then it just becomes the workhorse of industrial output.

This doesnt seem to work for me.
There is no change to the production in the resource ui when i allocate horses or iron to a city/town or remove for that matter.

Because resource bonuses are applied at the start of an age, the resources won't have any bonuses unless you create the game after installing the mod. A save file created before installing the mod will let you put the resources in cities but won't grant their yields. They will count towards the Antiquity economic victory, though.
