Oh, and, Drake, Printing Press is for Banking. I rejected your initial diplomacy because I wanted to check on what Banking gives first.

I didn't go for Banking because Banks aren't as urgent for Portugal. The GA starts Portugal off with positive income. Getting Colonists for fast expansion was important to me.
