just reinstalled on windows 7. it worked fine before the reinstall . but now the game has a lag to it. examples- when building embassies. the cursor drifts to the point u are trying to click. units lag as if a virus scan was running. but does it the whole time. like a bomber on a bombing run sometimes will show at my city then lag and next shot the bomber has already passed the target and did the bombing run. everything just seems to be running slowly now. dont understand. didnt do anything different this time as the last time it was installed. any help is greatly appreciated.
