Conquests not installing

I had my HDD formatted a few moths ago and tried to reinstall Civ3 Conquests, but when it got up to about 94-96% installed, a small message pops up saying

Component: PlayTheWorld
File Group: PTW Language Independant
File: D:\Data2.cab

Try cleaning the disk.
