[BNW] Convert factories to iron req

I'm trying to convert factories to require iron instead of coal and it's refusing to do it. I've found the coal requirement listed in 3 different CIV5Buildings.xml files and changed it in each one (vanilla assets, expansion assets and expansion 2 assets) and it doesn't seem to matter. It keeps requiring coal.

I have all DLC (listed on Steam anyway). Where is this being overridden from so I can edit this and have it stick?

show us the code of the alterations you are making.

if you have BNW you should really only need to edit the expansion 2 buildings file. tho directly-editing the game's base files is not something we usually recommend since it so easy to break something and then need to do a reload of all the game's original files via the Steam file integrity check.
