I have added it to everything, the problem I have is that mines aren't buildable. I can have resources spawn Food, Production, and Gold generate, forests grow, forests be cleared, cities be founded, but even though I have added all mountain terrains to teh Improvement_ValidTerrains table, the button never becomes active. There are tables related to activities, so I will be getting to checking those, but it will be a while yet for that. This is the one missing piece and if anyone else has already figured this out, please let me know.
