corrupted shield resources

I have conquered a whole continent (South America) and my Capitale is in North America.
How can I avoid my south american cities to have corrupted shield resources (I mean red shield instead of blue ones) ?

Building a courthouse or a police station will reduce corruption in a city.

Also, a city in WLTK day suffers less corruption, so try to make people happy there.

The distance between a city and your capital (or forbidden palace) influence corruption, so try to place one of your palaces near those cities.

The most advanced form of government also reduce corruption (Democracy is the best for that).

Also, your number of cities affect corruption, so by destroying some of your cities, you could reduce corruption in the remaining ones.

Finally, you can always try to change values in the editor, but I don't think it'll affect your current game.

You have to build the Forbidden Palace in the middle of South America.

If you've already built it elsewhere, you can't do anything. All the courthouses and police stations in the world won't help them.

Otherwise, you can go into the editor and reset the number of optimal cities or corruption level (not sure exactly how to do that, only that it's possible)
