1. I assume that the Heir, God King, Assassin do nothing still? Correct?
2. When will true resource placement and the true starting placement going to function? Will they ever, and if not, will the options be removed in V4?
3. ...

nope that is it for now.

Thanks.. Played a quick game and loved the extended version....

You guys ROCK!

3. Playing King level.... 2nd goal for cultural policy is 56 points.... isn't this a little high for the second goal... almost no civ is generating more than 1-2 points per turn at this point in the game.... the next one is at 97 with the 3rd at 152.... man.. you made this hard didn't you

True start placing is already working, no one ever stepped up to do the true resource placements. Everything to do with the maps is on hold though ATM until dll as then we will know what workarounds will no longer be needed.

King is what I play/test on, most games I am middle of the road(3rd-5th) on a standard map, that to me, seems fine :), and yes its harder :D, you should be at +3 Culture by second Point, if you use my build order, and dont get any free culture from goodie huts.

Another thought I had was that a 3billion year old world is easier from a production standpoint than a 5 billion old world (more hills and mountains).

Would it stand to reason that a 5 BoW is better for science as larger pops can be made on the more flat terrain?

I always go with 5 purely due to mountains yielding pretty much naff all so I want less :), Im not sure it matters that much, due to the Monopolies and what they add its kinda balanced out. If you do not factor in Monopolies to your strategy untill mid to late game your going to get owned, hard.
